Homemade Soft Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients:

  1. 310g high protein flour (bread flour)
  2. 230g fresh milk, icy cold
  3. 1 egg yolk
  4. 30g sugar
  5. 1/2 tsp salt
  6. 10g Nuewee Organic Pumpkin Seed Protein with Turmeric
  7. 1 tsp dried yeast powder
  8. 25g butter, softened

Instructions:

  1. Add 20g high protein flour and 100ml fresh milk
  2. Cook 3 mins / 80°C / Speed 3
  3. Stand for 10-15 mins
  4. Add 130ml fresh milk & 1 egg yolk
  5. Add 30g sugar & 1/2 tsp salt
  6. Add 10g Nuewee Organic Pumpkin Seed Protein with Turmeric
  7. Add 290g high protein flour & 1 tsp dried yeast powder
  8. Knead for 4 mins
  9. Add 25g butter, softened
  10. Knead for 1 min
  11. Divide dough into 3 equal portions
  12. Roll into a ball shape and let rest for 10 mins
  13. Roll the dough into a log shape
  14. Repeat same steps for the remaining doughs
  15. Arrange dough logs in a loaf tin and let proof for 40 mins
  16. During last 15 mins, preheat oven to 180°C
  17. Bake for 25 mins (180°C)
