Ingredients:
- 310g high protein flour (bread flour)
- 230g fresh milk, icy cold
- 1 egg yolk
- 30g sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 10g Nuewee Organic Pumpkin Seed Protein with Turmeric
- 1 tsp dried yeast powder
- 25g butter, softened
Instructions:
- Add 20g high protein flour and 100ml fresh milk
- Cook 3 mins / 80°C / Speed 3
- Stand for 10-15 mins
- Add 130ml fresh milk & 1 egg yolk
- Add 30g sugar & 1/2 tsp salt
- Add 10g Nuewee Organic Pumpkin Seed Protein with Turmeric
- Add 290g high protein flour & 1 tsp dried yeast powder
- Knead for 4 mins
- Add 25g butter, softened
- Knead for 1 min
- Divide dough into 3 equal portions
- Roll into a ball shape and let rest for 10 mins
- Roll the dough into a log shape
- Repeat same steps for the remaining doughs
- Arrange dough logs in a loaf tin and let proof for 40 mins
- During last 15 mins, preheat oven to 180°C
- Bake for 25 mins (180°C)
