不同 体重的人需要的蛋白质也截然不同, 计算法为:

(保持体重:_kg x 1g) 例如: 50kg x 1g = 50g,您需每天服用50g的蛋白粉

(减重:_kg x 1.2g) 例如:80kg x 1.2g = 96g,您需每天服用96g的蛋白粉

(增重:_kg x 1.8g) 例如:35kg x 1.8g = 63g,您需每天服用63g的蛋白粉
